Water Wise GPT User Agreement and Consent Form

 Please read this User Agreement and Consent Form ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using Water Wise GPT ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

 1. Acknowledgment

 I understand that Water Wise GPT is provided for educational purposes only and is intended for adult use. I acknowledge that the information provided does not constitute professional advice and that I must exercise my own judgment in applying any information obtained from the Service.

 2. User's Responsibility

 I agree that I am solely responsible for my use of the Service and for ensuring that any actions I take in reliance on information obtained from the Service are appropriate for my specific situation. I understand that I should consult with a professional as necessary before taking any actions related to drowning prevention, water safety, or health and wellness.

 3. Disclaimer of Risks

 I acknowledge that there are potential risks associated with applying the information obtained from the Service. I understand that drowning prevention and water safety activities can be inherently risky and that no information provided by the Service can eliminate all risk of drowning or other water-related incidents.

 4. Limitation of Liability

 I agree that Water Safety Council of Fresno County, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from my use of the Service or for any adverse outcomes resulting from the application of information obtained from the Service.

 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

 The Service is provided "as is," and Water Safety Council of Fresno County hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose.

 6. Changes to the Agreement

 I understand that Water Safety Council of Fresno County reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Agreement. I agree to review the Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and my continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed my conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.

 7. Governing Law

 I agree that this Agreement and my use of the Service are governed by the laws of State of California.

 8. Acknowledgment of Understanding

 I have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to it, and have agreed to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
